Discus: 360 Line Drill with Cone
This is a 360 line drill with a cone, a drill used in discus. This drill teaches an athlete to shift their center of mass over the top of their left heel, getting the mid-line of their body over their left heel out of the back of the circle. The athlete should focus on keeping the head and chest up while turning away from the object in their hand.
