Discus: 360 Drill Around Cone with Cone

This is a 360 drill around a cone with a cone, a drill used in discus. This drill teaches an athlete to shift their weight appropriately over their left side while keeping the right leg and foot wide around the cone. The athlete should focus on keeping the head and chest up maintaining proper posture and balance.
