Developing Strength, Power and Explosiveness: Tuck Jump Drill
This plyometric drill is a tuck jump, a drill used for athletes to increase power, strength, and explosiveness. The athlete should remain in one place, driving the knees up to the chest, trying to be as quick as possible off of the ground.
