Developing Power and Explosiveness in Athletes: Split Jump Drill
This plyometric drill is a split jump, a drill used to develop power in athletes. The athlete is switching back and forth close to a kneeling position without the athletes back knee touching the ground. It is important for athlete to reach the back leg back as far as possible while keeping their foot directly under the knee on the front side.
