Developing Power and Explosiveness in Athletes: Medicine Ball Underhand Forward Toss Drill
This med ball underhand forward toss is a great beginning level drill used to develop explosiveness and power in athletes. Squat down in a quarter squat position, driving the hips up and forward, throwing the med ball as hard as possible in front of them.
