Cool Down: Modified Yoga Series

This modified yoga or adapted yoga box series routine used as part of a cool down. This routine allows athletes to have quality hip flexibility. In this routine, the body should move in a series of different directions, forward and backward, side to side on both sides. This is a great routine as part of low back injury prevention as well as keeping athletes healthy with their hamstrings, groins, glutes, and quadricep muscles.
