This 10 meter four-point bounce start teaches the beginning level of how to come out of the blocks properly. The athlete is going to have their arms straight up and down, bounce up in the air then react and drive when the feet hit the ground. This drill does a number of things, it loads the feet properly and forces the athlete to be quick and reactive coming out of the blocks.
