Proper Sprint Mechanics: Walking March Sprint Drill

This walking march sprint drill teaches proper sprint mechanics at a basic level. Keep the knee up, the heel pulled up directly beneath the knee, and the toe pulled up into dorsiflexion. Keep the body in an upright posture with straight lines from the bottom of the foot through the top of the head.
