Weight Training: Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
This movement is the dumbbell incline bench press. When setting up for this movement the athlete should rest the dumbbells on their thigh and move back into the set position. When done properly this will train all the muscles of the upper chest, the shoulders, and the triceps. We want to maintain approximately 45 degree angle between the torso and the upper arm to prevent shoulder impingement and elbow pain.
