This is a 3 plane lunge series for the right side of the body, used as part of a warm up routine. This routine loosens up the hip and groin regions in multiple planes and directions. The athlete should step forward, then to the side, and then back at a 45 degree angle. The athlete steps reaching left, reaching right, twisting left, twisting right, then down reach left, and then down reach right.
