This is a 4 step top hand swing drill that should be used with all of your beginning level pole vaulters. This drill is focusing on coming from 4 steps and learning how to extend the top hand completely before the tip of the pole hits the back of the box. This drill is also trying to also teach the athletes how to jump off the ground and run into that right knee at the same time.
