This a 3 step over the top hurdle drill, a drill used in sprint hurdles. This drill teaches young hurdlers rhythm between the hurdles. The hurdles in this drill will probably need to be set up with the jam technique in order to complete the drill, varying between skill levels. It is important for an athlete to learn that the hurdles are a sprint, and not a gallop between each hurdle.
