Hip Mobility: Double Over and Back Hurdle Mobility Drill
This is a double over and back hurdle mobility drill, a drill used in hip mobility and warm ups. The athlete should step over with both legs over two hurdles and stepping back over one hurdle. The athlete should back with the opposite hurdle of the leg they just brought over.
