This modified yoga or adapted yoga lunges series used in a cool down routine after a workout. It is important to have a proper cool down and dynamic flexibility after each workout. In this lunge series, lunge on the right leg reaching the arms in multiple directions. The point of this lunge series is to feel full rotation of the hips and glutes. It is very important for athletes to dynamically stretch both sides of their body when performing this cool down routine.
